Bike Ride

We took the kids out last night for their first ride on the road! Unfortunately, we don't have sidewalks around our neighborhood so the kids have to be on the road. But with both of us out there, we were able to pick a kid and stick closely with them. Although, I think I had a harder time keeping up with William since he's a lot faster on a big open straightaway, than he's ever been on the back porch! :)

We found out quickly that Abbey didn't need the push handle on her trike. However, it did come in handy on our way back, since she was sitting on daddy's shoulders and I was pushing her bike back to the house!
