Changing times in the Fallin household

Well...I'm going back to work. Yes, the dreaded 4-letter word!! It's not like I don't work at home - any of you stay-at-home moms would understand, but since Jonathan will no longer be in management at Publix (starting tomorrow), I have to actually get paid money to work now! He may eventually leave Publix altogether, but that's yet to be determined. Things are changing in our household for sure, but it's all for the best.

So in a week and a day, I'll be the new...well I don't really know what my title is, but I'll be assisting in the running of the wellness center at the First Baptist Church downtown. It's quite a huge place; they've got a pool and everything! We don't attend church there, but it's a great place with sweet people. They also have a really nice weekday education center where William can go, plus we'll get a 50% discount on his tuition. They must have really wanted me, because they didn't think I would take the job unless William came too and they didn't even have a spot in his age group open! It only took them 1 day to open one up - just for him! So we're really thankful for this job; it pays great and my baby can be right there at the same place with me! Plus, it'll be fun as it's not the typical office setting I'm used to and I'll have the opportunity to meet tons of new people each day.

William and I have thoroughly enjoyed our year at home together and even though we'd both rather stay here, we're happy to have such a nice new place to go to. And we'll be back home again someday...William won't be an only child forever! :)
